Ingrid is small, but that in no way detracts from what they make
here. Buttery bullars, vegetarian soups and excellent coffee
rule the roost here. And it is precisely that small range of
options that makes Ingrid so good.
You can't sit inside (there is a small bench outside), so
take your bullar and coffee to go. Then, for example, walk down
the stairs and settle in the lovely Humlegården park.
Lillebrors means little brothers in Swedish. Three guesses who
the owners of the business are. At Lillebrors they not only sell
delicious bullars, but also good (sourdough) bread and other
baked goods, such as the traditional semla that is eaten en
masse around fettis days in Sweden.
There is often a
queue in front of the shop, but don't be put off. Lines are
normal in Stockholm when it comes to good food. And we couldn't
agree more with them.
Stora Bageriet is a wonderful place where, like many bakeries in
Stockholm, you can look straight into the bakery. Wonderful to
see - and to know - that your sandwiches and bullars are freshly
made, right?
You can go to Stora Bageriet from early
in the morning. Settle down at a table inside or enjoy the sun
on the spacious terrace in front of the door. In addition to
creamy bullars, they also sell breakfast here (try the gröt, if
you dare), sandwiches, sourdough bread and other Swedish baked
goods.
